TECTYL 858F is a synthetic based, water-resistant, homogeneous NLGI Number 2 consistency grade multipurpose grease and corrosion preventive compound. TECTYL 858F can be used for lubrication and surface corrosion protection of industrial and automotive equipment operating over the temperature range of –54° to 180°C. TECTYL 858F gives a greasy, amber and transparent film. TECTYL 858F is approved under Military Specifications MIL-PRF-10924G, QPL Reference Number GA-19.
