Toyder was founded by Necdet OSKAY and Alpaslan YÜCEBAŞ under the name of ‘Toyder Petrol’. In 2007. Toyder is the partner company of world leading manufacturers, distributor and marketer of premium lubricating oils, greases and related additive products to automotive, industrial, marine, aviation, oil exploration and production customers all across the Turkey. The Opet dealership that started in 2011, finished by the end of 2017. by 2018 Toyder is go on with official distributor of World's first lubricant trade mark, Valvoline.

The company is headquartered in İzmir and operates directly in over 40 cities, and employing approximately 20 staff. In nearly 1500 other markets, we are represented by third party distributors who market and sell our products locally.
